• Organize work for operational teams, ensure resource availability, establish and execute work standards, and meet objectives
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including support functions, to achieve goals
• Share information related to goal achievement with the Group Leader
• Ensure smooth handovers with other team leaders
• Lead meetings and follow-up sessions with teams
• Strengthen teamwork and employee well-being, ensure a safety-first work environment
• Motivate and develop operators in coordination with Trainers
• Propose continuous improvement ideas and contribute to implementing concrete actions
• Proactively solve problems, share knowledge and best practices within the organization, and implement corrective actions when objectives are not met
• Share and escalate critical information requiring managerial intervention
• Perform other activities inherent to the role
