Job Description:

For the Iter Project, we are looking for a HSE Coordinator/Facilitator responsible for implementing the HSE system on the construction sites under their supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reporting HSE activities to the HSE Coordinator for the Iter project.
• Ensuring HSE presence on-site and raising awareness among teams about best practices.
• Applying the HSE system on the ITER construction site.
• Ensuring that tasks performed are covered by the company's PPSPS and carried out according to planned methods.
• Identifying operational risks and proposing corrective and preventive measures.
• Participating in the drafting of PPSPS addenda (“HSE procedures”).
• Conducting safety talks and awareness sessions with site teams.
• Training new arrivals during site orientation.
• Participating in safety campaigns (noise, lifting safety rules, marking, etc.) and monitoring their implementation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory checks.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE with field experience or Master’s degree in HSE.
• Good level of Spanish – oral comprehension and speaking skills (courses provided).
• Knowledge of lifting activities would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-minded, team-oriented, proactive, assertive, autonomous, rigorous, organized.
• Valid driving license B and own vehicle.
