Une chambre de commerce et d'industrie recherche un Animateur/Animatrice Création-Reprise pour promouvoir et animer des programmes de formation. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un Bac+5 en gestion d'entreprise et 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de soutien à des projets. Ce poste en CDD de 12 mois propose un salaire brut annuel de 30 000 à 33 000 euros sur 13 mois.

Qualifications

• Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur en gestion des affaires.
• Succès d'une première expérience dans le domaine entrepreneurial.
• Capacité à animer avec un sens pédagogique éprouvé.

Responsabilités

• Promouvoir et animer des programmes de formation.

Animateur/Animatrice Création-Reprise (H/F)

Within the Development of Businesses and Territories Department and in the Entreprendre Pole of the CCI Littoral Hauts de France, your main mission is to promote, organize, and animate Entreprendre training programs:

• Promote and market the Entreprendre training programs.
• Organize logistics for these training sessions.
• Animate the training sessions.
• Source trainees in collaboration with the referral network (organize and lead Information Meetings, conduct interviews and placement tests).
• Deliver pedagogical modules (basics of creation/recovery of businesses, market research, financial forecasting, business plan development, marketing and web development strategies, understanding responsibilities related to health, safety, and environment) and support trainees throughout their journey.
• Manage relations with partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and reporting, liaising with dedicated contacts.
• Conduct initial individual orientation and discovery meetings with project holders.

Qualifications:

• Higher education diploma in business management.
• Successful first experience in the entrepreneurial field, ideally supporting project leaders.
• Ability to animate and strong pedagogical sense.
• Good relational skills and commercial awareness.
• Administrative rigor and organization.
• Autonomy and versatility.
