Job Description:

The Analytics Services Senior Consultant is a high-value, client-facing role responsible for managing a portfolio of airline clients and maintaining relationships with executives up to the C-Level. This role involves delivering comprehensive analytics services to airlines, including data analysis, modeling, and actionable business insights. The consultant will derive and execute strategies to enhance airlines' e-commerce performance, emphasizing expertise in data visualization using tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to understand each client's business objectives and market dynamics, ultimately driving maximum returns and achieving client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of airline clients, acting as the primary point of contact for executives up to the C-Level.
• Gather, analyze, and model client data, KPIs, and/or market data using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop business insights and improve decision-making.
• Support and lead consulting sessions to improve airlines' e-commerce, providing recommendations on media mix, marketing campaigns, traffic quality, and other key areas.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to airline stakeholders, from analysts to C-Level executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer pain points and support client success.
• Mine data from various sources to generate actionable insights supporting decision-making.
• Define and maintain dashboards and reports of customer KPIs, ensuring best practices.
• Contribute to thought leadership by supporting the digital services team with business cases and white papers.
• Benchmark industry innovations to provide cutting-edge insights.
• Develop data visualization solutions using Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through best practices.
• Stay updated with trends in data analytics and visualization.
• Mentor junior team members on data analysis and visualization best practices.

About the Ideal Candidate:

Consulting/Data Analysis: Proven experience in extracting insights and improving business performance, familiarity with SQL, and experience in the travel industry is a plus.

Data Visualization: Proven ability to build dashboards in Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.

Big Data: Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies, Databricks, Snowflake, and big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka is beneficial.

Development: Experience with Scala, PySpark, Java, Bash scripting, or Python is a plus.

Qualifications: Degree in computer science, business, or related fields, or relevant experience.
