Role Overview

We seek a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines from sources like Healico, CRM, ERP, HR systems. The role ensures data reliability, performance, and accessibility for analysts and business teams, working closely with Product, IT, and departments like Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Ingestion: Extract data from databases and APIs.
2. Data Transformation: Structure data using SQL and Python in Snowflake.
3. Reliability and Performance: Implement automated tests, monitor pipelines, optimize SQL queries.
4. Automation and CI/CD: Deploy and maintain data flows with continuous integration.
5. Collaboration: Develop data models and dashboards on Power BI.
6. Governance and Security: Manage access and ensure compliance.
7. Innovation: Stay updated on best practices and tools for data platform optimization.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2-3 years as Analytics or Data Engineer. Skills: SQL, Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Warehouse management, knowledge of healthcare domain is a plus, fluent in English.

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL and data modeling
• Proficient in Python
• Experience with Snowflake or similar platforms
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Data extraction from external sources and APIs
• Familiarity with DBT is a bonus
