Korger is seeking a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer to support analytics and reporting in a modern, AI-driven environment. You will work with the data team on Databricks, contribute to AI agents for natural-language data queries, and assist with Power BI and Fabric reporting as needed.

The role emphasizes building data models, applying business logic to marketing and CRM data, and performing ad hoc analyses with a strong focus on data quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with SQL and Databricks.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, agent evaluation, or similar AI patterns.
• Genuine interest in AI, with motivation to learn and experiment.
• Understanding of data analysis fundamentals and ability to apply business logic to marketing, website, or CRM data.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to support reporting tasks.

Responsabilités

• Implement SQL queries, data models, and reporting components in Databricks.
• Contribute to AI agents for natural-language questions about marketing, website, and CRM data, including prompt design and evaluation.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and data checks, documenting assumptions and results.
• Support migration of reporting use cases from Power BI to Databricks and maintain reports in Power BI or Fabric.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with the data team to resolve questions.
