Une entreprise innovante recherche un scientifique analytique pour diriger le développement et la validation de méthodes en chromatographie liquide. Le candidat idéal possèdera un Doctorat ou un Master avec au moins trois ans d'expérience, de solides compétences analytiques et une réelle motivation à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et start-up. Ce rôle implique des interactions stratégiques et techniques, tout en contribuant à des projets pour des produits à base de protéines alternatives.

Qualifications

• PhD ou Master + 3 ans d'expérience en chimie ou biotechnologie.
• Expérience en développement et validation de méthodes analytiques.
• Maîtrise du français et/ou de l'anglais à un niveau intermédiaire.

Responsabilités

• Diriger le développement analytique et la validation.
• Effectuer des analyses routinières.
• Rédiger la documentation analytique en anglais.

Job Description:

At Nutropy, your role will include:

• Leading analytical development and validation, especially in liquid chromatography, collaborating with senior scientists
• Performing routine analyses
• Drafting analytical documentation in English (protocols, reports)
• Participating in strategic discussions with senior leadership
• Communicating with equipment suppliers; overseeing maintenance and training
• Managing inventory and preparing media, buffers, and reagents
• Presenting project results to the team

Education & Profile:

• PhD or Master’s degree + 3 years of experience in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering, or related fields
• Experience in analytical method development, optimization, and validation
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and instrumentation theory
• Proven troubleshooting skills for methods or instruments
• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment such as HPLC/UV/RID, UPLC, GC
• Experience with protein mass spectrometry is a plus
• Team player
• Proficiency in French and/or English (intermediate level) and comfortable reading scientific literature in English
• Independent, organized, and proactive
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Interest in the alternative proteins domain
• Motivated to work in a dynamic startup environment
