Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du développement et de la validation des méthodes analytiques, en utilisant des équipements de pointe tels que HPLC et GC. Qualifications

• PhD ou Master + 3 ans d'expérience en chimie ou domaines similaires.
• Expérience solide avec des équipements analytiques comme HPLC et GC.

Description du poste

Responsibilities:

1. Be in charge of analytical development and validation, particularly in liquid chromatography, working hand-in-hand with senior scientists.
2. Perform routine analysis.
3. Write analytical documentation in English (protocols, reports).
4. Participate in strategic discussions with the senior leadership team.
5. Exchange with equipment suppliers; oversee maintenance and trainings.
6. Maintain the inventory and prepare mediums, buffer solutions and reagents.
7. Prepare and present project results to the team.

Education & Profile:

1. At least PhD or Master + 3 years of experience in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering or similar relevant tracks.
2. Track record of analytical method development, optimization and validation.
3. Solid understanding of analytical chemistry and theory of analytical instrumentation.
4. Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities on method or instrument issues.
5. Strong hands-on experience utilizing analytical equipment such as HPLC / UV / RID, UPLC, GC, …
6. Bonus for experience with protein mass spectrometry.
7. Team player.
8. Able to speak French and / or English (intermediate level) and be comfortable with English scientific literature.
9. Independent, well organized and proactive.
10. Strong capacity of prioritizing tasks.
11. Interest for the alternative proteins domain.
12. Motivated to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
