We are seeking talented, motivated, and tech-savvy

• M&A Analyst / Junior Associate
• with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our diverse team in Paris at our office overlooking the Opera.
• Your Role :

As an M&A Analyst / Junior Associate at Matin Partners, you will :

• 1. Contribute to Deal Crafting :
• Generate and manage outbound deal flow.
• Develop qualitative, thorough, and compelling teasers.
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive investment memos.
• Participate in detailed financial analysis.
• Support the development of post-merger strategies.
• Manage and facilitate data rooms.
• 2. Help Matin Become a European Business Leader in Cybersecurity & AI :
• Conduct in-depth sector and technological research on the Cybersecurity & AI markets.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends.
• Engage with the tech community by participating in industry events.
• Your Profile :

We are looking for candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience (including internships) in M&A, Transaction Services or Strategic Consulting who :

• Are Financially Savvy :
• You have a strong grasp of financial concepts and can easily make sense of any balance sheet.
• Are Technologically Curious :
• You have a deep interest in new technologies, start-ups, and the evolving tech landscape. Especially Cyber and AI. You already have used AI to enhance your work capacity.
• Are Strong in Strategic Analysis :
• You understand market dynamics and the current market transformations linked to technology.
