Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth ESG research and analysis at the company, sector, and cross-cutting thematic levels, integrating trends and regulatory frameworks related to sustainability.
• Actively contribute to responsible governance initiatives, including shareholder engagement, proxy voting, and participation in collaborative initiatives.
• Design and improve the implementation of ESG methodologies, including scoring models and thematic standards (climate, biodiversity, sustainable investments, etc.).
• Support ESG commercial and communication activities, particularly in responding to RFPs, client questionnaires, preparing meetings, and drafting specialized publications.
• Collaborate with international ESG teams within the matrix organization to ensure methodological consistency while representing the specificities and priorities of the French market.
• Develop ESG reporting models in coordination with operational teams (COO), portfolio managers, and sales teams.
