Job Description:
I am recruiting an Analog Mixed Signal Designer to join an expanding organisation in the Grenoble area.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Strategically breaking down design projects into manageable tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Establishing and adhering to realistic deadlines for each task, demonstrating commitment to achieving project milestones.
- Actively engaging and contributing valuable insights during project meetings, fostering effective collaboration.
- Delivering concise and proactive study reports on project status, addressing issues, risks, and support requirements proactively.
- Monitoring and assessing progress against planned workload, promptly implementing corrective measures for any discrepancies.
- Conducting circuit simulations with precision, ensuring the accuracy of the designed circuits.
- Validating Front-End circuits at both schematic and netlist levels through meticulous back annotation.
- Collaborating seamlessly with the Place & Route Engineer to guarantee the timely delivery of design files, blocks, and modules.
- Developing comprehensive and meticulous design documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Providing essential support to the validation team during the critical sensor test implementation phase.
Candidate Attributes:
- Holds an engineering degree in electronics or IT industrial.
- Some expertise in InfraRed/CMOS image sensors.
- Demonstrates proficiency in both digital and analog design, showcasing versatile skills without requiring exclusive expertise in either domain.
- Adopts a structured and methodical approach to work, ensuring precision and efficiency in every task.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit, demonstrating the ability to support colleagues and effectively share technical knowledge.
- Remains open to self-reflection and embraces constructive feedback, fostering a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Possesses fluent English language skills; proficiency is crucial for seamless communication.
