Job summary

European Tech Recruit seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous mobile robot and warehouse automation projects across Europe. You will interface with customers, engineering teams, service functions, and external partners, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

You will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and leading regular reviews and acceptance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 3–8 years of PM or project-delivery experience in AMR/AGV or automation.
• Proven track record delivering industrial automation projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AGV, AMR, and warehouse automation projects.
• Manage projects from kickoff through deployment, commissioning, and final acceptance.
• Serve as primary project contact for customers during implementation.
• Build strong relationships with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• Lead regular customer meetings, project reviews, and progress updates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project resources and ensure clear responsibilities and dependencies.
• Support on-site installation and deployment activities and monitor progress.
• Coordinate AMR/AGV commissioning activities and system testing.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
