Under the supervision of the AML/KYC Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating AML/KYC related topics to continuously improve the framework, with the following objectives:

1. Ensure implementation of the KYC and AML/TF framework in terms of governance, procedures, controls, vigilance obligations, monitoring, and reporting.
2. Ensure regular or specific AML/KYC training sessions.
3. Advise Compliance correspondents and LOD1 where needed.
4. Coordinate AML/TF risk assessments.
5. Define and follow up on remediation actions (compliance incidents, recommendations, NFAs).
6. Ensure proper reporting to management.
