Inflowpay is redefining cross-border payments. We are growing fast and seeking an experienced Compliance/AML Officer to own compliance end-to-end. You’ll handle onboarding, KYC/KYB, AML and CFT, merchant acceptance, and ongoing monitoring while collaborating directly with founders.

We value AI-native approaches, fast execution, and a track record at a regulated PSP, MoR, EMI or crypto platform. Remote, async-first role with real ownership and impact on revenue.

Qualifications

• You’ve done compliance or onboarding roles at a payments/fintech crypto platform.
• You know KYB, KYC, AML and CFT inside out and can defend decisions in writing.
• You use AI to automate RFIs, data extraction, and onboarding steps.

Responsabilités

• Run merchant onboardings end-to-end and chase banking partners for info.
• Own KYC, KYB, AML/CFT as Compliance Officer and represent the posture to partners.
• Drive merchant acceptance and document all decisions with cofounders.
• Monitor live merchants with fraud/monitoring tools and issue RFIs when needed.
• Automate the function to speed up onboarding and monitoring workflows.
