Qualifications

• Consolidation et analyse des données financières.
• Préparation et chargement des rapports mensuels dans ESSBASE.

Description du poste

Part of Africa Middle East India & The Commonwealth of Independent States Financial team, you will be in charge of controlling, analyzing & reporting for AMEI CIS markets.

Your role is to help develop the business in support of your direct report, ensure consistency of sales forecasts, and deliver analysis on financial data.

Responsibilities

Your main focus will be on business and financial planning and controlling.

In coordination with sales & customer service, you will consolidate, monitor, and analyze Gross sales to Net Sales, identifying risks & opportunities.

Responsibilities include consolidation, analysis, and loading of Depletions data.

Stock analysis

• A&P :

Follow up on advertising and promotions investments. Consolidate the A&P forecast monthly and analyze variances vs. Actuals.

• Reporting / Budgeting :

Prepare and load monthly reports in ESSBASE with all forecasted financial data.

Consolidate Sales and A&P reports during the budget process, providing initial analysis.

• Other Projects :

Participate in ad hoc projects related to accounting, marketing, and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in commercial finance, ideally in the premium wine & spirits or luxury industries, with experience managing distribution networks.
• Knowledge of SAP, Essbase, and MS Office (Excel).
• Proactive personality with strong analytical and synthetic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a multicultural mindset.
• Fluent in English.
