Job Overview

As the Amazon EU Retail Media Activation Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, you’ll be part of the EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team located across the region, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You’ll be responsible for building media strategies and executing advertising campaigns in collaboration with the media agency to drive sales and increase brand visibility on Amazon’s retail platform. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize advertising spend, manage budgets, oversee campaign planning and execution, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with the media agency and Amazon Ads, becoming the main point of contact.
  • Define key media strategic pillars and objectives for each brand and market.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies in collaboration with the media agency, Amazon Ads, and local e-trade marketing teams, focusing on brand & market levels and strategic levers like Sponsor Ads and DSP.
  • Determine media budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Implement advertising strategies to promote products and brands on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with e-trade Marketing Managers to ensure correct implementation of media strategies in local markets.
  • Support local markets with media activation and leverage cross-zone synergies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience analysis for targeted campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.
  • Ensure adherence to campaign success measurement frameworks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Campaign Management, with a focus on digital innovation.
  • Understanding of Amazon’s media marketplace, including Search, Display, Programmatic, and Social advertising.
  • Proficiency with advertising analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns and understanding of Amazon Advertising products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in business English.
