AXA IM is seeking a Client Service Intern to support their Alts Client Group. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, monitoring financial report delivery, and participating in service improvement projects. Ideal candidates will be postgraduate students with a keen interest in real estate and strong analytical and communication skills. 2. Description of the department
The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.
3. The main responsibilities of the role
Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular :
- Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc…
- Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients
- Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operationnal efficiency, reduce operationnal risk...)
4. Profile
Education/Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate
Experience
- Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
