An established industry player in alternative investments is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Client Service team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, focusing on KYC/AML processes and data administration. Your contributions will enhance client onboarding and improve operational efficiency, making a significant impact on service delivery. 2. Description of the department
The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.
