2. Description of the department

The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

  1. Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular:
  2. Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients: set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc.
  3. Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients.
  4. Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operational efficiency, reduce operational risk...)
