Current third-year engineering, business, or communication students. Strong listening, transcription skills, organization, communication, and writing skills, with a high level of English. Keen interest in ERP/CRM technology, good understanding of business processes and value chain. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of at least one specification tracking tool (Jira, HP ALM, Microsoft DevOps, etc.).
