Qualifications

• Étudiant en Master avec une connaissance des flux logistiques.

Responsabilités

• Coordination des flux logistiques entrants et transferts de stock.
• Analyse des coûts logistiques et recommandations.
• Gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs pour assurer les livraisons.

Role :

Reporting to the logistics manager, the logistics apprentice assists the team in operations, works on structuring, reporting, and ensures continuity of processes.

Responsibilities :

Logistics:

• Coordinate inbound logistics flows and stock transfers between different warehouses
• Participate in risk assessments related to shipping routes and define transition plans for international tenders concerning transport (small parcel deliveries and transit solutions)

Supplier relations: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.

Stock management: Monitor stock levels, identify root causes of discrepancies between systems, and implement action plans.

Process improvement: Support the logistics team in enhancing processes to strengthen operational excellence.

Data analysis: Compile and analyze logistics costs, provide recommendations, and identify hidden costs.

Reporting: Prepare, update, and communicate supply chain reports.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations (e.g., BPD).

Required Skills :

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of logistics flows
• Tools: ERP SAP (preferably S4/Hana), Office Pack (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English

Education and experience:

• Master's student in Supply Chain
