What's the job

We are currently looking for a work-study legal officer specialized in Business Law for one of our headquarters in Longpont-sur-Orge (91).

We are open to an apprenticeship contract starting in the fall of 2025.

Reporting to the Legal Department France, the apprentice will support the Economic Law team in their missions, including:

• Assisting lawyers in various areas such as contract law, distribution law, and consumer law;
• Supporting lawyers in managing various contracts (service provision, goods purchase, annual agreements, IT contracts, logistics, etc.);
• Supporting lawyers with store requests (administrative checks, consumer law questions, after-sales service, etc.);
• Supporting marketing activities (validation of advertising materials and/or game regulations);
• Legal monitoring and research.

What you'll bring

You are currently seeking a work-study position for your Master 2 (BAC+5) in Business Law or equivalent (Master 2 Competition and Consumer Law, Economic Law, DJCE, etc.).

Your academic background has enabled you to acquire specific technical skills in various areas of Law (Distribution, Competition, Consumer Law, Advertising, Sales, etc.).

You are recognized for your dynamism, rigor, and curiosity. You are also said to have good interpersonal skills, which will be a real asset to succeed in these missions.

You have a good command of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are comfortable with IT tools in general.

Ideally, you have some experience (an internship) in Business Law. Proficiency in English would be an asset.
