Qualifications

• Expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou la production.
• Connaissance des principes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (MRP) et de la gestion des stocks.
• Maîtrise de SAP requise.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le flux de pièces de rechange et assurer la livraison à temps aux clients.
• Coordonner les fournisseurs internes pour atteindre des délais de livraison fiables.
• Prévoir et planifier les besoins en fonction des objectifs de consommation et de stock.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Support Customer Service Manager (M/F) at our Colomiers site (31).

Reporting to the Customer Support Supply Chain Manager for Aero structures, the Supply Chain Support Manager is responsible for managing the flow of spare parts and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

• Ensure performance results in terms of customer satisfaction and stock levels;
• Coordinate internal suppliers to achieve the most reliable delivery times possible;
• In case of supply disruptions, analyze short- and medium-term impacts and coordinate specific actions (recovery plans, emergency circuits, disputes);
• Manage and update availability information and delivery schedules;
• Forecast and plan needs, ensuring consistency and accuracy based on consumption and stock objectives (forecast management and SAP parameterization);
• Participate in implementing methods/processes for warehouse management (inventory, stock management, packaging);
• Conduct excess and obsolescence reviews and limit/control their impacts.

With a background in supply chain or production management, you have professional experience in the aerospace sector, particularly in customer support services.

You are familiar with planning concepts, theory of constraints, and supply chain principles (MRP), and have a good understanding of flows and organizational structure.

Proficiency in SAP is required. English language skills are recommended.
