Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Participate in the operation and maintenance of the compliance level of the Safety Department at Montluçon, under the Safety France management.

Within the Safety Department at Montluçon:

  • Assist with the secret protection office activities
  • Participate in site protection activities
  • Contribute to the visibility and daily life of the safety team
  • Learn and utilize safety tools related to assigned missions

These missions require:

  • Organizing work to achieve objectives
  • Participating in communication and awareness campaigns
  • Supporting safety activities related to site protection and management
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the safety processes

An interest in Defense groups and security topics is appreciated; data analysis is a plus.

Activities and Tasks

Within the Safety Department at Montluçon, reporting to the Site Safety Manager (RSS), as a safety analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Participate in secret protection activities
  • Handle administrative security inquiries and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with defense contract requirements
  • Develop and improve control procedures and tools
  • Assist with site access control, visitor management, and crisis management tools
  • Update crisis management manuals and conduct emergency exercises
  • Update risk analysis in collaboration with the RSS
  • Promote safety awareness internally, improve awareness materials, and measure their effectiveness
  • Classify and archive documents
About You

Master's in Cybersecurity and Defense, INSA Prep, Risk Management Engineering, Industrial and Environmental Risks Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel functions, Word, PowerPoint).
