The Ecommerce After Sales team is part of the Direct-to-Consumer division and provides excellent customer service for our brands across European markets, including Rossignol, Dynastar, Look, and Lange. The intern will work closely with the Customer Service and After Sales teams, gaining training on tools and best practices for customer management.
You will serve as the interface between our external Customer Service and After Sales department to ensure timely resolution of quality claims and after-sales inquiries. You will support and execute tasks and projects aimed at improving the overall client experience.
