Vous serez impliqué dans la gestion des réclamations des clients et l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client. Ce rôle vous permettra d'interagir avec divers départements et d'utiliser des outils modernes pour assurer un service client de qualité.

The Ecommerce After Sales team will be part of the Direct-to-Consumer team, providing excellent customer service to our clients across all European markets for brands including Rossignol, Dynastar, Look, and Lange. The intern will work closely with the Customer Service and After Sales teams, receiving training on tools and best practices for customer management.
You will act as the interface between our external Customer Service and our After Sales department to ensure timely resolution of quality claims and client inquiries. You will support and execute tasks and projects aimed at improving the overall client experience.
Language requirements include French, English, and German.
