Context:

GEMS Security oversees the Group's crisis management process, aiming to strengthen and harmonize it across France and internationally to meet internal control standards.

The team safeguards sensitive and strategic information by raising staff awareness, mapping data, implementing classification policies, and participating in investigations as needed.

GEMS Security enhances company performance by protecting personnel, assets, and reputation, managing risks through anticipation, prevention, and protection, and advising management on threats.

Role:
  • Enhance crisis management documentation with input from GEMS representatives.
  • Assist in internal control reviews for crisis management, gaining practical experience across the GEMS scope.
  • Train teams as necessary.

Security risk analysis: Information protection and Business Intelligence

  • Ensure proper application of information protection policies throughout the information lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of information security through awareness and training.
  • Contribute to Business Intelligence-Security Watch processes, analyzing risks, identifying signals, and gathering relevant information within legal and ethical boundaries.
Technical skills:
  • Understanding of crisis management processes.
  • Familiarity with OSINT.
  • Strong writing and summarization skills.
Soft skills:

Given the diversity of stakeholders, the role requires:

  • Organizational skills: time management and prioritization.
  • Autonomy: independent work, decision-making, and responsibility.
  • Motivation, collaboration, and a sense of responsibility.
Academic background and experience:
  • Master 2 or specialized master's degree.
  • Preferred fields: project management, crisis management, IT, risk management, security.
Languages:
  • Proficiency in professional English (spoken and written) for international communication.
