MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ADMINISTRATION CONTROL MANAGER:
- Carry out reconciliations between accounting reports and results from reporting and dashboards.
- Provide the accounting department with additional elements to better align results with the economic reality of operations.
- Collect financial and accounting dashboard consolidation data from subsidiaries or establishments.
- Analyze the performance of the organizational structure.
- Perform budget tracking, assist with account closings, and manage inventory operations.
- Contribute to developing management tools for preparing the estimated budget, establishing monthly dashboards (revenues, income, stock valuation, etc.), and reporting.
- Produce reports and recommend solutions to optimize profitability.
- Provide technical support (management consulting, cost studies, etc.) to identify savings opportunities.
- Conduct economic and financial studies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: 3-5 years of higher education in Accounting, Management Control, Financial Management, or Company Management.
- Experience: 1-2 years in management control.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Internal: Operational and functional departments.
- External: Chartered accountants, statutory auditors.
