Allianz Commercial offers a wide range of insurance solutions for businesses, covering fields like aviation, international trade, offshore wind farms, and film production.

We are looking for a 2-year apprentice, ideally starting your Master's in Insurance in Île-de-France, and eager to apply your skills at a renowned insurer.

Your team

Based in our offices at La Défense, you will join the Multinational France department, which manages the deployment of International Insurance Programs across all branches for Allianz Commercial.

Your impact

You will support the Account Managers by managing client portfolios and participating in tasks such as:

• Issuance and follow-up of local policies (France) and certificates
• Issuance of premium calls and monitoring unpaid amounts
• Sending instructions, coordinating with local partners for local policies setup
• Data entry into our domestic and international systems
• Monitoring files in coordination with our services (Accounting, Underwriting, Claims), brokers, and clients
• Reporting

What you will bring us

You are starting a 2-year Insurance Master's program, preferably with some experience in insurance, brokerage, or international programs, and possess the following skills and qualities:

• Fluent French and very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• High motivation and rigor
• Proactive and autonomous
• Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and synthesize
• Quick learner of IT systems and interest in new technologies such as AI applications
