Position: Junior Marketing Product Manager Apprentice (M/F)

Main missions:

• Assist the Product Manager in defining the Marketing Strategy for Products and/or Services
• Monitor market trends, competitors, professional associations, customer needs, regulations, technology, and local financial aids
• Support the development of medium-term strategy for products/services in targeted markets
• Propose prioritization of new product and/or service development opportunities based on company strategy, considering economic, organizational, and commercial aspects
• Contribute to the development of roadmaps for product/service development and launch
• Propose go-to-market strategies, distribution channels, and target customers

Manage product and/or service lifecycle:

• Participate in the creation and implementation of marketing action plans
• Contribute to setting pricing policies
• Update sales and communication tools with marketing and sales teams

Market launch, commercialization, and measurement:

• Assist in preparing sales and communication tools with teams
• Contribute to training teams with sales arguments and ensure proper deployment
• Monitor and analyze sales/margins and market results to assess achievement of commercial objectives
• Contribute to and validate the content of product/service communications with the communication team (digital, web, press, events)

Profile and skills:

• Preferably a candidate with a technical-commercial background, graduated from IUT or Engineering School, or pursuing Business studies
• Position available from September 2025, for a Master 1&2 apprenticeship (2 years) or only Master 2 (1 year)
• Curious and autonomous, comfortable in a multicultural international environment (Asia & Europe), fluent in English, and proficient in office tools
