Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations clients, participerez à des projets digitaux, et superviserez les activités de merchandising. Un Master et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais sont exigés.

• Formation: Master's Degree exigé.
• Langue: Anglais courant indispensable.
• Expérience: Préférable en ventes.

Travel Retail Advisor – Shiseido EMEA – Apprentice – M/F

Main Responsibilities:

In the Travel Retail department, you will be part of the Heinemann Area team and responsible for:

1. Sales: You will manage the administrative aspects of customer relations within the Area, collaborating closely with the Travel Retail Administrator and Area Manager.
2. Digital: Participate in the digital transformation of Travel Retail. You will handle digital follow-up for key customers and contribute to strategic digital projects.
3. Merchandising: Oversee the follow-up of permanent and temporary merchandising activities, including POSM, visuals, samples, etc.
4. Coordination: Ensure proper implementation of marketing guidelines in stores by coordinating between the marketing team and Retail Managers on the ground.

Who are you?

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Previous experience in sales preferred
