About the Role

If you wish to prepare a two-year technical and/or telecom BTS, this apprenticeship opportunity is for you!

You will perform technical interventions for installation (production) or repair (after-sales service) of Orange products and services on the copper local loop and fiber optic network (fibre to the home, FTTH) or at customers' homes.

You will carry out field interventions on all types of network equipment for production or maintenance.

You will check the quality of your interventions and the reliability of the equipment.

You will use appropriate measuring devices and digital tools provided for your activity as a technician, respecting the processes of your domain.

Activities

• Conduct compatibility and feasibility studies prior to production or customer after-sales service.
• Manage work orders and perform production, preventive, or corrective maintenance interventions independently or under supervision.
• Ensure interventions and safety according to current company regulations.
• Respect deadlines and quality of service required in work orders.
• Develop quality customer relationships to enhance the Orange brand.
• Participate in waste management during interventions, respecting current regulations and the company's environmental policy.
