Job Description:

AXA Group Operations aims to advise, guide, and provide access to technological solutions, contributing to the transformation of AXA into a Tech-led company. Our global and stimulating environment employs over 8,000 people across 17 countries in Europe, Asia, and America.

As an Intern in Global Talent Development Coordination, you will be part of a team dedicated to accelerating agile transformation within Group Operations and implementing unified HR communication and strategies.

You will join the Talent & Leadership Development team, which supports key talent development through designing, deploying, and facilitating career development processes for high potentials, high performers, leaders, and managers. Your focus will be on talent programs, including disruptive and innovative leadership pathways for nominated participants from multiple countries.

Under the supervision of the Talent & Leadership Development Lead Expert and collaborating with the team, your responsibilities include:

  1. Participating in the design, organization, and coordination of talent programs such as "Lead the Change"
  2. Managing workshop and meeting logistics, content creation with certified coaches and senior stakeholders
  3. Handling agendas and minutes for key meetings and workshops
  4. Supporting training events, including virtual sessions and multi-day seminars in the Paris region, totaling 130-200 hours
  5. Facilitating communication and community engagement among talents
  6. Contributing to projects related to talent development, such as data analysis, talent retention strategies, and participation in development sessions

During this internship, you will develop skills in project management, adaptability, innovation, and working in a multicultural, international environment, with a particular interest in Talent & Leadership Development and career growth topics.

Your Profile:

You enjoy working in an international environment (English C1 level), managing multiple projects, working autonomously within a young, innovative team, and are interested in HR development, career progression, and leadership. Your educational background should include change management, project management, HR management, or organizational development. You should be organized, reliable, comfortable with ambiguity, and committed to confidentiality. Knowledge of HR organizational functioning and proficiency in English and French are pluses. Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams is expected.
