BIC recherche un apprenti pour rejoindre son équipe de développement durable. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de processus de durabilité, de l'organisation de réunions à l'analyse de données ESG. Ce poste conviendra à une personne autonome, avec une formation dans le domaine de la durabilité et de solides compétences en gestion de projet. In collaboration with the Senior ESG Manager, oversee the development process of the 2025 Sustainability Statement (CSRD), integrating it into the 2025 Universal Registration Document. This includes project management tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing minutes, tracking schedules, managing action plans, organizing audits, and supporting stakeholders in writing and data collection processes (internal BIC contributors), ESG data collection, and analysis.
Ensure the formalization of CSRD & Sustainable Development processes by setting up templates to standardize data collection (owner methodology, etc.) across departments (HR, environment, etc.).
Structure the Sustainable Development storage spaces.
Assist in creating communication materials for internal stakeholders and management committees.
Occasionally support other projects led by the Sustainable Development Department and assist with its operations.
Apprentice at the end of their academic studies with solid prior experience in a company. An independent, mature candidate capable of offering solutions.
Ongoing education in sustainable development, environmental studies, CSR engineering, business school, or related fields.
Project management skills and organizational aptitude.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and ESG standards (CSRD, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit.
Sensitivity to environmental and social issues.
Proactivity and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
