Job Description

ISE Services, integrated within Safran Electrical & Power, is a major player in electrical and mechanical systems. We handle preparation, installation, and modification of wiring and harnesses in aircraft. Our activities are spread across France (Mérignac, Toulouse, Marignane, Istres, Saint-Nazaire, Valenciennes, Cergy, Orly, Biarritz, Clermont-Ferrand) and cover sectors such as aeronautics, rail, and space.

We offer a two-year apprenticeship at our Anglet site, providing full immersion into our production processes. Under the responsibility of the Site Manager and as part of our team, you will contribute to financial management, performance analysis, and commercial management of our site.

In Finance & Commercial Management, you will undertake tasks such as:

• Declaration of monthly turnover
• Financial forecasts (short and medium term)
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Commercial management and client relations
• Accounting management and billing optimization
• Participation in QRQC meetings
• Purchasing, costs, and supply chain management
• Tooling management
• Creation and implementation of performance indicators
• Participation in client progress meetings
• Verification of operator timekeeping
• Participation in site digitalization

The list of tasks is not exhaustive and may evolve.

Job Requirements

You are pursuing a Bac+5 degree through an apprenticeship with a schedule of 3 weeks in company and 1 week at school. You will participate in creating a management tool for the site. You are versatile, curious, comfortable with numbers, and have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
You master Microsoft tools, especially Excel (with macros), Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the industrial and production environment is a plus.
