Job Description: Recruiter and Business Developer (Alternance)

Context and Missions

The marketing and talent acquisition department is responsible for recruiting apprentices for our partner companies. Under the supervision of the marketing and sales director, you will play a key role in achieving the school's growth objectives and representing the school to students. As a recruiter and business developer, your responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying future apprentices
    • Qualifying incoming student applications
    • Participating in group recruitment interviews
    • Prospecting students on job boards and social networks
    • Assisting with email campaigns directed at students
    • Creating sales pitches to engage prospective students
    • Co-organizing dedicated events for enrolled/admitted students
    • Analyzing activity indicators
  2. Ensuring conversion of admissions
    • Updating CVs and preparing administrative files
    • Participating in job dating events
  3. Enhancing the school's visibility through corporate relations and employer branding
    • Managing career pages (including LinkedIn)
    • Maintaining good relations with partner companies in collaboration with sales and management
    • Designing and deploying cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and employment integration
    • Participating in HR-related projects

Profile Sought

You are:

Currently studying in human resources, commerce, or a related field. Prior experience in HR or sales is a plus. You should possess effective communication skills, be organized, able to multitask, and have a good understanding of labor laws and recruitment practices. Skills in IT, database management, and familiarity with HR tools and sales software are also beneficial.
