Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des transports propose un contrat d'apprentissage au sein de son équipe juridique, axée sur les marques et droits d'auteur. Le candidat idéal sera impliqué dans la gestion des droits de propriété intellectuelle et supportera diverses missions légales. Les candidats doivent avoir un niveau BAC+4 et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, ainsi qu'une adaptabilité et un esprit d'équipe. Qualifications

• Profil de gestion de projet avec connaissance en propriété intellectuelle.
• Niveau BAC+4 minimum, idéalement Master 2.
• Bon niveau d'anglais requis, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Responsabilités

• Gestion des Mappings de Propriété Intellectuelle liés aux droits de design.
• Support pour la mise en œuvre de KPIs sur la fonctionnalité de propriété intellectuelle.
• Aide à la gestion contractuelle liée à la propriété intellectuelle.

We are looking for an apprentice for our Trademarks and Copyrights legal team. You will work with the Trademarks Designs and Copyrights Director on the following missions:

• Management of Intellectual Property Mappings related to design rights (and patents) on sales projects, on "Core Business" products: construction and development of IP MAPs (mapping of rights in the process of valuing Intellectual Property assets); studies and implementations of tools to build and manage these IP MAPs, development of a network within the company
• Support for the implementation of summaries, KPIs on the trademarks, designs, copyrights function in order to inform the IP network (and its internal customers): popularization of legal information (Gazette, webinars, etc.)
• Support, in particular for contractual management related to Intellectual Property with the Designs teams (integrated Design firm), Legal Procurement.

Our ideal candidate has a:

• Project management profile with knowledge of Intellectual Property and Innovation Management
• Minimum level BAC+4, ideally Master 2
• Good level of English both spoken and written is mandatory
• Microsoft Office Pack tools
• Great adaptability, curiosity, is a teamplayer and ready for a challenge

Terms:

Apprenticeship (Work/Study) contract of 12 – 24 months with a start between September and November 2025
