Under the supervision of the CQMS engineer, you will join the Corporate Quality Service at the Caterpillar France Campus.

Your mission involves maintaining existing solutions, developing, and documenting new Power BI applications for the campus Quality teams. Collaborating with partners from all departments, you will clarify needs, identify data sources, structure databases, and create or assist in creating dashboards and reports. You will also perform cross-analyses.

Task Details:

• Continue deploying existing and upcoming indicators and analyses for operational and Quality sectors using Office 365 tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps…) and other Big Data community tools.
• Redefine needs with stakeholders,
• Structure/create databases/define objects for data lake bases,
• Coordinate data analysis to aid management (data analytics),
• Participate in improvement projects,
• Develop solutions for users (checklists…)

Profile and Skills Required:

Having validated a Bac+2 or Bac+3 level and wishing to obtain a Master in Information Systems Management or equivalent, in an apprenticeship contract. You are admitted to a training center.

We expect you to have knowledge/skills in:

• Extracting data from various structured (Oracle, SQL, DB2) and unstructured (Excel, Access, CSV files) databases, creating reports, tables, manipulating data with SQL, and understanding relational databases,
• Experience with Power BI software,
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Apps…),
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is a plus,
• Rigorous, rational, organized, adaptable to different interlocutors,
• Proactive, innovative, and communicative.
