Job Description

As an apprentice in the Marketing Excellence function within the Product and Service department, you will work globally with an international marketing team. You will support transversal marketing practices across all functions: Strategic Marketing, Communication, Digital, Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, etc.

Our mission in the Marketing Excellence team is to embrace Customer Centricity to stay ahead of markets and competitors.

Your main activities include:

1. Supporting the design and deployment of corporate marketing tools and standards to accelerate digitalization
2. Assisting in creating marketing training programs and the Marketing Academy
3. Fostering collaboration within the cross-functional marketing community
4. Gathering and sharing marketing best practices internally and externally
5. Implementing efficient marketing processes based on defined fundamentals
6. Ensuring compliance with Group marketing and brand guidelines
7. Analyzing needs and translating them into action plans
8. Managing projects as needed

Join a small team leading key strategic projects across marketing functions in an international environment. This role provides a comprehensive 360° marketing experience and the chance to learn daily.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of studies completed in Marketing
• Strong interest and knowledge in all marketing areas

Technical/Professional Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Marketing
• Creative copywriting and content creation tools (Microsoft Office, Canva)
• Analytical skills and project management experience are a plus
• Excellent command of English (C1 level); French is a plus
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Suite is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Creative, collaborative, autonomous, proactive
