Alternance - Marketing Coordinator junior

Fully integrated into our Marketing and Sales Efficiency team, you will be under the responsibility of the Marketing Director. Your main mission consists in contributing to Veolia's group marketing initiatives to support BUs worldwide with a special focus on marketing initiatives and community. You will contribute to several marketing initiatives and also support the day-to-day life of our marketing team and more largely our Marketing and Sales Efficiency team.

MARKETING COMMUNITIES COORDINATION

1. Contribute to animate the marketing communities (Marketing Directors Steering Committee...)
2. Identify potential topics for the webinars, prepare the contents with the speakers, manage the logistics aspects and follow up
3. Organize the annual marketing awards (internal)
4. Support the organization of the annual Innovation & Development Seminar

MARKETING INITIATIVES

1. Contribute to defining/updating/developing the marketing initiatives
2. Collect and structure the library of Marketing Good Practices within Veolia
3. Strategic marketing: consolidate market intelligence (customers' challenges, competitors, and potential partner initiatives); eventually carry out qualitative and quantitative market research (customer needs, market potential...)
4. Marketing Offers: contribute to develop specific marketing deliverables for existing or new offers
5. Marketing & AI: support initiatives for AI-based marketing use cases

DEPARTMENT SUPPORT

1. Support the Marketing team and more largely our Marketing and Sales Efficiency team with the department director
2. Arrange and prepare meetings and workshops including logistical arrangements, taking notes/writing minutes, and handling follow-up actions
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Monitor the project delivery (production schedule...)

We offer you an apprenticeship or professionalization contract from September 2025 for a period of 12 months.

Preferred apprenticeship schedule: 2 days / 3 days

Qualifications:

You are currently in Master 1 or 2 in Management Schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Audencia, Dauphine... or Engineering Schools/universities (CentraleSuplc, Mines, Pont, AgroParisTech); double cursus is a plus.

Good presentation skills, good writing skills, and an analytical mind.

Ideally combining technical and sales/marketing background. IT & Communication literate. Good command of the Google suite (GSheet, GSlide...)

Organized and solution-driven. Can work autonomously. Open-minded and team player. Concerned about environmental issues.

English and French (good level required).
