Job Description:

Within Saint-Gobain's Marketing & Development Department, you will join the Offer & Product Management Team for Mortars.

The role of the apprentice is to work with the International Market Managers, International Product Managers, and the Mortars Brand Manager to assist in developing and executing marketing and communication campaigns to support the Mortars product portfolio. You will also collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to perform market research.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand the Mortars product portfolio, including packaging aligned with Weber's packaging policy.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, communication strategies, and digital plans, including trend analysis, product range, tactics, customer trends, positioning, and propositions.
  • Analyze sales data, volumes, and market share.

Communication Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Mortars Brands Manager in developing communication plans for the product portfolio.
  • Support team members on global projects, including creating content for social media, campaigns, and product value presentations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to develop communication tools.
  • Help organize internal events.
  • Update existing documents such as Induction to Mortars and Unicampus Mortars presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Master 1 or 2 student at a Business School.
  • Mandatory first experience in Marketing and Communications.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  • Curious, rigorous, and organized.
