Position: Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Marketing E-Retail Europe

Company: Make up Forever (partnered with Aureïs Formation)

Location: Paris, France

Type: Apprenticeship in Marketing and Business Development

Department: E-Retail Europe, reporting to the e-retail project manager

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the e-retail project manager in planning annual marketing and promotional activities for distributors
• Monitoring e-retail activations ensuring consistency with in-store and online campaigns
• Tracking stock levels and activation efforts (sampling, GWP, etc.)
• Managing media acquisition campaigns
• Ensuring brand visibility and product performance on e-retail platforms
• Assisting with product description writing and asset collection, ensuring digital coherence
• Weekly stock monitoring across platforms
• Updating product information and internal asset databases
• Producing monthly sales analysis reports
• Assisting with launch reporting and sell-out analysis
• Monitoring weekly visibility of MAKE UP FOREVER and competitors on key e-retail accounts

Candidate profile:

• BAC+ qualification or equivalent
• Fluent in English (approx. 80% of tasks)
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
• Rigor, organization, and proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
• Team-oriented attitude
