ALTERNANCE - Legal Apprentice

Dans ce contexte, vous intégrerez la Direction Juridique au sein du département General Secretary & Risk.

Rattaché(e) au responsable juridique des activités Fusions/Acquisitions (M&A Legal), vous aurez pour missions principales de:

1. Participer à l’ensemble des opérations de cession, d’acquisition ou de restructuration des entités du Groupe AXA sur le plan juridique;
2. Participer à la préparation et la mise en œuvre de ces opérations en support d’autres équipes d’AXA GO (notamment Procurement M&A et Corporate Finance) et en coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles et juridiques des filiales étrangères;
3. Analyser les contrats d’achats (notamment software/IT) d’AXA GO et leur impact sur les opérations précitées;
4. Participer, le cas échéant, à la mise en place de data room virtuelles (VDR);
5. Effectuer des recherches juridiques, agir comme conseil des autres départements en développant une compréhension des aspects opérationnels et plus généralement assister le groupe dans toutes ses missions.

4. Vos relations avec des collègues et consultants situés dans tous les pays et régions d’implantation du Groupe AXA, notamment en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique.

Formation: M2 Droit commercial international, Droit des contrats, Droit des affaires, Magistère Droit des affaires etc.

1. Bonne connaissance du droit commercial, droit des contrats et du droit des sociétés;
2. Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles;
3. Bonne expression orale: capacité à développer un argumentaire.

Langues: Anglais (très bonnes connaissances) et Français courant (la plupart des documents seront rédigés et à rédiger en anglais)

Outils informatiques:

1. Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel un plus
