Vous travaillerez étroitement avec le Responsable du développement commercial pour gérer les relations clients et soutenir les ventes de solutions technologiques, tout en participant à des projets internationaux dans un cadre multiculturel.

Qualifications

The role

As an IT Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to cultivate and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients, with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction with SoftwareOne products and services. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business, data, and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to the French market.
  • Support the sales process by promoting and selling Microsoft ecosystem solutions, including licensing agreements, software, and technical services.
  • Analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify customer segments, refine messaging, and develop targeted campaigns.

What we need to see from you

  • Currently pursuing studies in sales, commerce, marketing, business, computer sciences or a related field and eligible and interested for an alternance.
  • Native French speaker with a good level of English.
  • Preferred experience with experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, or Power BI.
  • Ability to support the sales team and help them to gain, keep and grow our customers; maintain and promote good client relations.
  • Focus on delivery; efficiently manages time, priorities and daily workload. organizing work; multitasking and time management.
  • Knowledge of operational policies, processes and procedures; researching information; planning, scheduling.
  • Proficient in English and native French speaker.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
  • General understanding of technology solutions.
