Vous serez responsable de soutenir le Manager des Achats en analysant les besoins, en lançant des appels d'offres, et en contribuant aux initiatives de durabilité. Ce rôle vous permettra de développer vos compétences en approvisionnement tout en participant à des projets innovants.

Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5 avec un intérêt pour les achats et la durabilité.
• Capacité à analyser les besoins et à gérer des projets.
• Bonnes compétences en communication et en négociation.

Job Description:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

International Junior Packaging Purchaser supporting the Global Packaging Category Purchasing Manager on:

Procurement:

• Analyze Saint-Gobain needs and define specifications with internal customers.
• Identify potential savings, such as sourcing new suppliers or packaging alternatives, process optimization, VA/VE analysis, and supplier panel rationalization; propose industrial trials in coordination with R&D and local countries.
• Launch global tenders using the Saint-Gobain e-tool.
• Analyze offers, prepare, and lead negotiations under the supervision of the Global Packaging Category Purchasing Manager.
• Draft purchasing contracts with legal department support.
• Monitor contract implementation and evaluate suppliers using Prosource-SRM e-tools and CSR assessments.
• Screen market evolutions to anticipate inflation and supply disruption risks.
• Identify supplier risks such as dependency, single-source issues, and financial health.
• Perform SWOT analyses and use Porter and/or Kraljic matrices for each portfolio.
• Manage supply shortages.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.

Sustainability:

• Manage communication to countries following recommendations from the Sustainable Packaging Steering Committee (TEAMS/Yammer, Webinar).
• Support countries in their sustainable packaging roadmaps through workshops.
• Contribute to the development of tools related to sustainability, such as CO2 dashboards, CO2 bridges, and KPI tracking.
• Work closely with suppliers to achieve sustainability objectives, including CO2 reduction, recyclability, and recycled content incorporation.
