Job summary

Transdev is looking for a professional to enhance HR processes at its HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The role involves coordinating communication between teams across 19 countries, participating in HR marketing campaigns, and hosting international meetings. Candidates should be fluent in English and ideally have a working level of French, with strong command of Office software. Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and HR processes across teams in France and 19 countries.
• Participate in marketing campaigns for various HR functions.
• Host meetings, webinars, and conferences for diverse audiences.
• Create and update documents supporting HR processes.
• Enhance HR process efficiency in collaboration with the HRIS team.

Your role

• Communication and co-ordination between different teams in France and 19 countries in a HR setting
• Participating in communication and marketing campaigns for HR processes (Annual Review, People Review, career Review) and promoting internal mobility
• Hosting meetings, webinars, conferences for an international and French audience
• Creating and updating supporting documents for HR processes
• Improving the efficiency of HR processes in collaboration with the HRIS team, contributing to the upgrading of HR processes and systems
