Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group seeks an Alternance student in Communications & Marketing for our Paris office. You will assist both Internal Communications and Marketing, developing content, campaigns and events while collaborating with a multinational team.

Work will include creating presentations, preparing materials, and applying our brand guidelines to marketing assets. Fluency in English and French is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in communications and marketing required.
• Willingness to sign an alternance contract for 12–24 months.
• Ability to join the Paris office on-site.

Job description

Alternance in Communications & Marketing (f/m/d) based in Paris

As an Alternance student (f/m/d) in our Communications team in Paris, you will gain hands‑on experience across both Internal Communications and Marketing, contributing to a wide range of projects in an international and dynamic environment.

Within Internal Communications, you will support the creation and publication of engaging content for our internal communication channels and help maintain and update intranet pages. You will contribute to communication campaigns and initiatives, assist in the preparation of internal events, meetings, and communication formats, and support the creation of presentations, articles, and other communication materials. In addition, you will research and prepare background information on relevant topics and provide support for ongoing communication projects across the business.

In the area of Marketing, you will assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of events, including participant management, invitations, event materials, and follow‑up activities. You will support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and contribute to branding activities by helping to ensure consistent application of the EEX brand guidelines. Furthermore, you will create and adapt marketing materials and simple visual assets, as well as prepare professional PowerPoint presentations aligned with our corporate design standards.

This Alternance position offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different countries and functions while developing valuable experience in corporate communications and marketing. • Ongoing studies at a university with focus on communication and marketing
• Availability to do an Alternance for least 12-24 months (your must agree and sign an alternance contract)
• Availability to join the EEX office in Paris
• Good knowledge of MS Office products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational talent and self-starter-attitude with excellent communication skills
• Capability to work in an intercultural and cross-border team set up
• English is our working language, French also mandatory, German and other language skills are considered a plus
• You must be legally authorized to work in France under a student status and available approximately 3 days per week, in accordance with your university requirements
