AXA Group cherche un partenaire RH pour rejoindre son équipe Global HRBP. Ce rôle impliquera la collaboration avec divers centres d'expertise pour soutenir l'évolution des processus RH et contribuer à des projets stratégiques. Le candidat idéal a de l'expérience en coordination de projets et excelle dans un environnement international, avec des compétences en communication et en adaptabilité.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en coordination de projets et en ressources humaines.
  • Connaissances des processus RH et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement complexe.
  • Anglais professionnel requis.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenir les HRBPs dans la construction et le suivi des Roadmaps annuels.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus RH.
  • Participer à divers projets transversaux au sein de l'entreprise.

You will join the Group Operations Transformation/HR Business Partnering department, more specifically the Global HRBP team. For a scope of 3,000 employees, spread across 16 countries (Europe, Asia, US, and Morocco), our team has the following main responsibilities:

·Acting as a strategic partner and agent of change to enable the achievement of business goals and the implementation of the company's cultural transformation, as well as an excellent employee experience

·Building a long-term trust relationship with Business Leaders, acting as advisors and enabling the development of our Leadership teams

·As an HR team, deploying HR policies and processes within the Divisions, ensuring a fair and consistent employee experience, with the support of Centers of Expertise (L&D, People Acquisition, C&B, Workforce Evolution, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Relations & Legal HR)

Reporting to a Global HRBP, you will support the entire team and have the following main missions:

Support the Global HRBPs in the construction and monitoring of the departments' annual HR Roadmaps :

·Analysis of HR and business strategic issues

·Collection of roadmaps from the Centers of Expertise (, recruitment, learning, compensation & benefits...)

·Definition of priority actions and levers

·Monitoring of indicators and necessary adjustments

·Structuring HR calendars/activities by working closely with our Centers of Expertise and optimizing the use of our collaborative tools

Support the Global HRBPs in cross-functional activities in a transformation context:

·Help us structure and drive HR initiatives in project mode (PMO), improving the efficiency and alignment of projects with AXA GO's strategic objectives in human resources

·Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of HR processes within the framework of the new Target Operating Model HRBP (monitoring of probationary periods, holiday reporting, monitoring of HR tickets...)

·Work on harmonizing our governance and collaboration modes with the Centers of Expertise

·Actively contribute to the organization and coordination of all our annual HR processes:

·Organization of People Reviews (performance reviews, promotions, talent programs)

·Monitoring of HR KPIs

Contribute to various recurring or ad-hoc cross-functional projects. For example :

·Organizational changes

·D&I and Well-Being

·Global Learning, Leadership Development, and Functional Programs

·Employee experience

·Legal watch

·Monitoring of innovative practices and HR events

·Animation of professional families inter-entities of the AXA Group

Being the point of contact for apprentices and interns (approximately 70 people) in case of individual HR issues (well-being, performance...)
