Une agence public recherche un(e) stagiaire pour soutenir la division ESG. Vous participerez à l'analyse et à la consolidation des rapports ESG tout en acquérant des compétences en finance durable. Ce poste est une occasion unique de contribuer à des projets impactants dans un environnement dynamique à Paris.

JOB TITLE

What will be your role?

Mission of the Intern

The work will be organized around (i) supporting the accountability of the ESG division's activities, and (ii) supporting ESG analysis in operations. The mission will mainly be carried out in connection with the operations support officer and the division manager. Daily interactions will be with all ESG experts.

Activities of the Intern

Within the ESG Division, you will mainly contribute to the following activities:

  • Accountability and capitalization of the division:
  • Data entry, consolidation, analysis, and monitoring of ESG indicators reports for the division on Business Object.
  • Structuring processes and tools for ESG management of the division's project portfolio.
  • Contributing to the division's accountability reports.
  • Assisting with the organization and follow-up of internal training sessions conducted by the team.

ESG Analyses in Proparco's projects:

  • Research of contextual information on E&S and human rights using internal tools. Improvements to tools are possible.
  • Collecting and analyzing annual E&S reports from clients, especially banks.

Who are we looking for?

Profile of the candidate

Higher education, final year master's in CSR, sustainable finance, Political Science, or engineering school, university in economics, with an interest in various financial products (loans, bonds, funds) and their risks.

Experience in the sector is a plus.

Interest in ESG risks and human rights issues.

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of IT for collecting, processing, and analyzing data in ESG risk areas, with adaptability to use databases (Business Object, Microsoft Access, Excel).
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic data management formulas, pivot tables).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Knowledge and interest in practices of international donors and ESG topics.
  • Strong office tools skills for maintaining and managing information systems, facilitating daily work, and enhancing project efficiency.
  • Rigorous work methods.
  • Reactivity, organizational skills, synthesis, and prioritization abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to interact with the division to achieve objectives.
  • Strict confidentiality and adherence to financial ethics are essential due to market regulation.

Internship conditions

  • Duration: 12 months, renewable once, ideally 2-3 days per week depending on training institution.
  • Location: Proparco headquarters, 151 rue Saint Honoré, Paris, within the A2D department.
  • Start: September 2025.
  • Remuneration based on a percentage of the SMIC or SMC, depending on age and contract type.
  • Full coverage of transportation costs.
  • Access to company restaurant.
  • After an integration period, remote work possible 1 day per week.
