Want to join a fast-moving company and work with enthusiastic and passionate teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Global Assistant Brand Manager for Ramazzotti. This is a great opportunity to work on a fast-growing Italian brand and spread the Aperitivo moment globally. You will work in an international and multicultural environment, supporting the Marketing Manager Apéritif in implementing the brand strategy.

Your challenges

Your key missions
  • Brand strategic guidelines and global brand assets
  • You lead the creation of key brand initiatives presentation assets, communicating all Ramazzotti news to Pernod Ricard affiliates three times a year.
  • You assist the Global Marketing Manager in developing brand strategic guidelines (route to market, pricing, master brand identity) and marketing tools & global assets (ATL, BTL, On-trade, Educational content), including briefing & selection of agencies, production, and follow-up.
  • You handle asset/information requests from international markets on Ramazzotti.
  • Innovation and operations
  • You support the Marketing Manager in developing strategic projects shaping the future of the Ramazzotti brand, including innovation, renovation, and packaging restage projects.
  • You support daily relationships with the distillery for operations such as code creation, product shipments, and supply chain management.
  • Reporting and Insights
  • You monitor sell-in and sell-out data to define actions based on insights.
  • You support reporting on Aperitif trends, insights, and benchmarking.
  • You share best practices and key learnings from international markets via internal channels.
Candidate profile

  • You are pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing.
  • You have at least 6 months of professional experience in marketing.
  • You are self-motivated and a fast learner.
  • You can manage multiple projects and proactively support team initiatives.
  • You are fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus.
  • Previous international experience is a plus.
