Purpose of the Role:

To support the growth of FENTY BEAUTY, FENTY SKIN & FENTY HAIR, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will assist the Visual Merchandising & Animation Manager in deploying the European merchandising strategy in coordination with US teams and retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

  • In-store merchandising excellence
  • Management of store allocation files for Europe
  • Development of merchandising plans using IWD software (Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair)
  • Assist the VM team in creating artworks for the 3 brands
  • Create merchandising books for each update (Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair)
  • Conduct competitive analysis (department stores, SEPHORA Champs Elysées, etc.)
  • Ensure VM after-sales service for the 3 brands in collaboration with suppliers and European retail teams
  • Trade animation and management of store allocation files for each animation in collaboration with Retail and Brand Europe teams
  • Create photo reports of new installations for the brand and competitors
  • Assist with corner developments

Profile:

Ideal candidates hold a degree (Bac +4/5) in Marketing/Merchandising, with prior merchandising internship experience demonstrating solid project management skills. Organized, rigorous, and reliable, with the ability to think ahead. An eye for aesthetics and interest in cosmetics are essential. Knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is a plus. Fluent English is required for daily communication with contacts in Europe and the US.
